What we collect
When you submit our contact form or the free technology assessment form, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, business name, and whatever you tell us about your enquiry.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — which pages get read, roughly where visitors are coming from, and general device/browser type. Analytics cookies are off by default: they're only set after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit, and you can withdraw that choice at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site (the banner will reappear). You can also opt out site-wide using Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google Analytics processes standard web-analytics data (not the contents of any form you submit) on our behalf. We don't use analytics data for advertising, and we don't combine it with your name or contact details. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical logs (such as IP address and request metadata) as a normal part of serving the site; we don't separately access or use these for tracking.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you'd like, to follow up about our services. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as it's useful to respond to you and follow up on any resulting engagement, and delete them once they're no longer needed for that purpose.
Who it's shared with
We don't share what you send us with any third party, except where a service we use to run this site or respond to you needs it to do that job (for example, email delivery). We'll name any such service here once it's in place.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email contact@kashfora.com and we'll action it directly — no form, no ticket number.

If how we handle your data changes in a way that matters, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
