Assess
A short, paid piece of work before anything is committed. We look at what you actually run — systems, integrations, data, the places your team works around the software instead of with it — and come back with the two or three changes worth making first, ranked by impact and cost. Sometimes that answer is "nothing, and here's why." You own the assessment either way.
Plan
A concrete build plan: what to build or change, how it fits what you already run, the sequence that gets there without breaking production, and the failure modes we're designing against. Fixed scope and price, agreed before work starts. Where the work spans several months, the plan says what gets shipped first and what it proves.
Build
We deliver in increments you can see, not a single handover at the end. Architecture documented as we go, tests on the paths that matter, and releases that are routine rather than events. Whoever scoped the work builds it.
Run
We stay on to operate and support what we built — stated response times, monitoring that tells us before your customers do, and a regular review of what to fix or add next. Or we hand over properly: documentation, training, and a team that can run it without us. Both are fine. Being quietly depended on forever is not.
