We also build our own products where we keep meeting the same problem. mPOS, our point-of-sale platform for restaurants, fashion and retail, is the first — and it's there so you can see the work before you hire us.
We kept walking into the same problem.
Kashfora didn't start with a traditional business plan. It started from watching the same operational problem show up in business after business — not because those businesses were badly run, but because they'd been sold technology that assumes a dedicated IT team, or a pile of disconnected point solutions that were never going to talk to each other.

Re-entering the same order across the till, the kitchen and the delivery app, by hand, on every ticket.
Retail counters
Billing and stock split across counters, with expiry and batch tracking that lived in a notebook, not a system.
Fashion retailers
Overselling the popular size online because the shop floor and the website kept separate stock counts.

Kashfora is led by an engineering team with 15+ years building production systems — mobile platforms used at scale, cloud infrastructure, security architecture, and the delivery practices that keep all of it shipping. Most of that was spent inside engineering organisations large enough to have specialists for each of those things. Kashfora exists to bring that same standard to businesses that will never staff a technology department of their own.
